The official United Nations website has a search “weather modification as a weapon”. Click on the link “Weather Disarmament and Non-Proliferation”. Our country’s TTA is involved. UN Treaty requires WE be the nation responsible under the UN “weather weapons” agreement for any frequency passing over our country and the weather or siesmic activity resulting. Our leader who signed for the US is at the helm of our TTA network. Working along side other countries’ TTA’s – this is a semi-global network under the auspices of the UN and NATO. Frequency that passes over our country is monitored and policed and must be ours. We also have the ability to neutralize frequency from any rogue nation that refused to sign that agreement or breeches it. Japan’s devastating earthquake and resulting tsunami were acclaimed by Russian officials who boasted that their TTA was responsible. In August 2012, a couple of monthes ago, our area was chemmed massively. It rained that night. And our entire town became ill. The doctors don’t know what it is. They are terming it, “unknown respiratory illness.” The illness persists. Our town is sick from Chemtrailing!!!

The equasion goes like this.

Making Rain

If you want to make it rain – ‘seed’ (chemtrail or nurture) the atmosphere or cloud in the cloud cumulo strata. (The area of sky that cumulous clouds develope) Create conductivity through frequency. That’s where TTA comes in. The silver idoide and other metals etc… become magnetic and rapidly attract moisture around themselves creating a huge, heavy, rainmaking cloud. = rain.

Creating Drought

To create drought – Chemtrail high above the cumulo strata (high above where the rain clouds are made) Add TTA frequency for conductivity in ChemMetals. (making them magnetic) This will attract moisture up out of the rain cloud strata to be blown away by high winds in the upper stratusphere, or directed elsewhere through TTA frequency. Move the metals and you move the moisture. Both of these techniques create heat. And if not rained down, leave behind chemdross.

Though it doesn’t directly mention HAARP, the PDF does talk about the treaty against using weather as a weapon on other Nation States. The ability to control and modify the weather is very real.
